Amazing
My Rottweiler,Sasha, is a big girl with a very sensitive tummy...we have the wellness option along with medical insurance and it is so very helpful.It covers her probiotics, which are a must for her,especially if we are going out of town. Any change can set off her tummy rumbles, and she doesn't do well with strange vets.
I submitted her claim on Saturday and it was approved on Thursday.
How's that for record time. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Embrace have been so very nice and caring. Would and have recommended them.

Very satisfied
I received a email that my claim for prescription was received and processed, it's been less than 6 days, they already mailed a check to me.. So far I'm very pleased that I chose to go with Embrave for my pet insurance.

Best decision I've made for my pet
I enrolled my bulldog in Embrace when I first got him as a puppy. It has been the best decision I could have made for him. Bulldogs are notorious for health problems and having the security of insurance gives me incredible piece of mind. They process claims in a timely manner and get my reimbursements back to me quickly. I absolutely love them!!!

Your companions need Health Insurance too.
There are alot of choices out there, but ASPCA exceeds in Customer Care and very fair reimbursement of Claims.Would not allow my Yorkie to go without it.

I'd Reccommend
Although there is some ambiguity as to what is covered and what isn't without reading the fine print, ASPCA tends to process claims quickly, approve a reasonably fair amount of the bill total, and pay promptly.

I'm impressed!
My cat stopped eating and I took him to ER. We did ultrasound, X ray and 3 blood tests, but found nothing abnormal. His appetite didn't improve, so he stayed at the pet hospital for 4 days. He is fine now, but our vet bill was about $3000. We paid the bill with Care Credit and were able to put 90% of it back after we got refund from Embrace. They took care of it quickly and I'm so glad my cat is covered by them!! I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance

Good communication
My Dog is living with cancer at the moment. After a bit of back and forth, Embrace agreed to cover the cost. I have found that the communication and turnaround for claims is pretty consistant fast.
When I do voice a concern they are quick to respond. This is very important to me.

Be A Bit More Specific On What…
Be a bit more specific on what pets best covers. I recently got my puppy spayed and chose pets best because it covers spaying, but only after placing my claim find out they cover $100.

Claim Was Denied Because Puppy…
Claim was denied because puppy had not received bordatella immunization. This was a recommendation of my bet since the puppy does not go to doggie day care or dog park or boarding kennel. Somehow he possibly picked up kennel cough as dx by vet as most likely reason for his cough.
