We've been with Healthy Paws for 4 years now and they have been fantastic. One of our dogs needed double elbow surgery - no problem. Pneumonia - again no problem. They are very personal and when we've had to make a claim they've responded right away. Their reimbursement checks come fast! I've heard other people complain about their pet insurance companies and I tell them about Healthy Paws; I hope they've changed. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for your pets!

Fantastic customer service.

I went and took my furbaby lab who is 4 years old for his shots and his regular test i.e. Heart worm Lyme disease and fecal. Also bought hear worm and flea and tick prevention. I took a picture of the bill a placed the claim. The processed it the next day. Then 2 days later money was in my account. There was a break down of what they paid and didnt and explanations why they didn"t. I"m very happy with their service. "

This is my first time with pet insurance, and I am going on year two with Embrace. I adopted a senior dog from a local shelter, and after covering my last dog's health bills all out of pocket, I knew I wanted to try pet insurance for my new pet. Embrace customer service was so easy to work with during all of that and has continued to be helpful whenever I submit a claim or have a question. They process claims quickly and issue reimbursements immediately after that. The wellness coverage is a no-brainer, and worth every penny. I have added my cat to my policy now too, and I have complete peace of mind for both my pets. I'm confident I could afford to provide them with any medical care that they need with this pet insurance. I recommend Embrace to all my pet-owning friends.
