Your representatives have always been extremely polite and helpful. We have recommended your insurance to two friends, one of whom has already signed on for coverage. I am hoping to hear soon about our first claim. It has taken much longer than we had hoped.

I called as I was questioning why it too longer this time to pay on a claim for my pet which has already been approved in the past.
I called as I was questioning why it too longer this time to pay on a claim for my pet which has already been approved in the past. The customer service representative said she saw the claim was open, but that they had a high call volume and were training new people?? However, my prior claims for this same condition have been accepted and paid within 3 days?? Hoping it doesn't take too much longer!! I pay my monthly premium as soon as I receive it, no matter what.

Hannibal Was Sick With An Upse…
