This is our first adventure into pet insurance. I must say, I think I've chosen the best. The service has been timely and professional. They have been caring and thoughtful, even following up afterwards to check on our Rosco's progress. I would recommend Healthy Paws (and have done so) to anyone looking for pet insurance. Thank you ALL very much.

I hate to write reviews about companies because I feel is a waste of time and a lot of times people don't write anything productive. However Im taking the time to write this out because I been a client of 24petwatch for over 7 years, back on the days of Purina Care before 24petwatch acquire them. I have to say that Im absolutely Fed Up with their entire negligence on handling claims now. They have become a insurance that finds the little things to avoid paying out, Im not sure if it is because Im grandfather in to my plan or what it is but their customer service is useless, if you don't stay on top of them calling them weekly after claim submission get ready to never get your money back. Is sad to see how a great company from many years has gone down so fast and every time at a worse peace. Like I said I been a client for over 7 years, VERY HAPPY for the last 6 years, over the last year I have no idea what happened but they lost their Mojo. Good luck as of right now there is no way I can recommend them to anybody.

My Shi Poo Mr. Darcy had 2 claims, one for bladder stones and the other for tumor removal near his tail. Both of these claims were taken care of quickly and professionally. I could not have been more pleased with the genuine care and respect Healthy Paws has shown me and Mr. Darcy.I have recommended Healthy Paws to anyone who will listen. Being a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by trade I understand the anxiety that medical bills put on a family. If you do not think that Pet Insurance is important, please think again. If you are choosing an insurance carrier for your non human friend the choose Healthy Paws. It is one decision you will never regret

Do not buy Pet's Best Pet Insurance. It is a scam. My pet accidentally hurt himself when he didn't land properly when he jumped. Even though the insurance says accident is covered, they lied. They said my cat's limp is caused by a congenital condition (by definitely means something you are born with). No matter what your claim is, they will make is seem like it is not covered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Instead of this company paying the claim, they would rather lose a 15-year potential customer as well as all the pet owners and organizations I have affiliations with.

This is the easiest medical claim I've ever processed. I love the follow-up emails to keep updated on claim status and the fast processing of two claims I put in for my two dogs. Thumbs up to this company for a great job!

My 10 month old Swiss Mountain Dog swallowed a rock. It was stuck in her intestines and needed to be surgically removed. The claim was submitted and within 2 weeks was paid! GREAT SERVICE. It was paid exactly according to my policy - no issues what-so-ever!

I filed a claim for my dog two weeks ago with no word back. I'm wondering when this 30 day free insurance for my rescue pet will be beneficial. I would not purchase this insurance knowing I don't get answers.

I switched from VPI for 8 years. No issues. This policy...recommended by my vet ....is a waste of money. Nothing is covered. If you switch and your do has had minor issues...which they all do....everything is pre existing. If I wasn't superstitious I'd drop this policy immediately. I still might

The claim process is very easy and depending what you choose on your policy it is clear what you are going to get reimbursed. When I submitted my claims I received the money within just a few days. It is worth to have this insurance, it will ease your mind!

I have been extremely happy with Healthy Paws insurance. Very easy to submit claims using the App or signing in on website. Each claim I submitted was processed smoothly and quickly.
