Embrace is THE BEST

I have never dealt with a more compassionate insurance company! If only "human" insurance companies were this helpful, friendly and responsive - we would be a much better country!

LOVE HEALTHY PAWS!!

I evaluated a lot of pet insurance companies and I gotta say 80% coverage and the nicest customer support is the way to go and that is exactly what Healthy Paws provides! It took about a week after my cat's hospitalization to get back eating and for her fever to go away completely, but luckily my baby kitty was young and she pushed through successfully. I'm so glad she recovered and thanks the healthy paws it didn't cost a fortune to get the necessary care she needed to push through!

Nothing but Excellence

I've had pet insurance with this company since we adopted my youngest dog in 2011. And I've never been displeased. Claims are easy to file and quickly reviewed and I've never had anything denied. They have covered major surgeries, specialty procedures (arthroscopy), chemotherapy...they even cover my dog's joint supplements and pain medications every month (we got her insurance as a puppy so her orthopedic problems were not preexisting). Our most recent experience was when Maya was bitten by a rattlesnake. Antivenin is extraordinarily expensive (over $650 per vial!) and we were able to treat her quickly and without worry knowing that bill would be taken care of. The absolute best thing about Healthy Paws is the peace of mind of knowing I'll never have to make a decision that will compromise my pet's health or life just because I can't afford it! Claim checks are distributed quickly - which means I can charge something to my credit card or care credit and know I'll have my reimbursement check before the bill is due to be paid. The service is excellent - I've gotten fast information whenever I've needed to call. The app is very user friendly and makes submitting and tracking my claims a breeze! They pay ACTUAL COST of services unlike other companies that make up what they think your vet bill should have been and only pay based on that - which isn't much help if your vet happens to be more expensive. The only negative part is that the monthly premiums do increase by a little bit every year. This is to keep up with the cost of veterinary medicine though so I understand why and the increase is really very minimal - usually less than the cost of a cup of coffee. Great company with great values. I recommend them to everyone!

GREAT INSURANCE GREAT STAGG

We love our Shih Tzu, Gus and take real good care of him. We know an illness can be expensive and being retired on a fixed income can be an issue. So we got health insurance for Gus through ASPCA and we are more than happy we did. Only had one claim at this point but the service and fast reply from ASPCA was fantastic. I tell all my pet owner friends they should sign up with ASPCA.

ASPCA Pet Insurance is Worth it

One of our dogs has had 3 surgeries for bladder stones. Even though they haven't reimbursed 100% of the cost, the insurance has defrayed most of the cost. The claims are paid promptly, and I would definitely recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Quick Payout

Very quick turn around for claim reimbursement and since it was a wellness claim it was 100% back. Glad to know that I won't have to wait forever to get reimbursed.

Great Insurance

ASPCA not only reminded me that I could make a claim from the previous year but when I did they were extremely helpful. Some comments on the claim form I entered did not give them the information they needed so they volunteered to contact my vet. Within a day or so the form was then complete and approved. I would guess within a week or so I was reimbursed. Very easy and professional.

Re: Gracie Marie

My Sadie Marie was an ASPCA insured rescue dog for 12 years. After she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I adopted another rescue dog - Gracie Marie, and she is also insured by ASPCA. I am so very happy with the support the staff has given me all these years. The new insurance coverage levels assure that my Gracie will receive first rate coverage. I have recommended ASPCA coverage to all my friends with "furry kids".

Goodbye Embrace

I am so disappointed with these last two claims that we just submitted within brace. It's very sad because our beginning with you was very good. Number one our first complaint is how long everything took number two we are very disappointed in the miscommunication between embrace and our veterinarian. Our veterinarian was at fault with some of the information provided however I feel that your company just did not advocate for us and we pay a pretty good amount for our insurance. Number three I'm very very very disappointed that no matter how many times we've called you on the phone you still have the wrong diagnosis for cozy and you closed the claim. The diagnosis code is not for loss of appetite we did not take her into the vet for that. We took her in for a possible neck injury. She was prescribed pain pills and that's it. We have decided to cancel and we're very disappointed.

My dog Jackson had his ACC's replaced. Both dogs had a checkup and tests done at the vet. all clams were processed fast. When I contacted the ASPCA the staff were very knowable.
