Love

I always thought that love was personal until we got to know some of the people at Embrace. You see, God saw fit to entrust us two of his special creations that were in need of parents willing to go the extra mile for them. One was diagnosed with inoperable cancer, the other was on the verge of losing both kidneys until an amazing surgeon took a bold chance. Today Tia, our 9 1/2 year old German shepherd and her buddy Holly, an 8 1/2 pound Ocicat romp around the house as if nothing was wrong with them. Love is never giving up. And love, is the people at Embrace that never fail to ask how they are doing and are we supporting your efforts? More than just an insurance company looking for an annual check - they care and they are always by your side when the road ahead seems difficult. I think I know a little about love, having written three books about the love and pain of pet loss and the need for believing that even the impossible is possible. Just ask Embrace, they were by our side in each instance.

Superb Coverage and Service when you need it most

This review covers two claims (totaling almost $5000) related to the same surgery handled by two different Embrace colleagues: When you pay your premiums, hoping and never expecting anything to afflict the ones so close to your heart, you may wonder if there are cheaper options. However, a recent surgery and the way Embrace stepped up to the plate to cover it without question and fully honoring deductibles and annual premiums was so impressive. I'm unable to compare to other plans as I spent hours (maybe a couple of days) comparing insurance options, chose Embrace, and never looked back. I was just recently reimbursed in less than a week for surgical claims. You get what you pay for with Embrace! And, they know how to hire smart, patient colleagues to answer questions. I continue to be impressed!

Another positive experience

Our shar pei Keaton, following a hospitalization for a subcutaneous abscess in his front leg, was still limping and the vet referred us for an orthopedic consultation. Embrace approved the claim and covered $128 of the $160 charge. We got coverage about a year ago and have only good things to say about our claims, the process and results.

Good Customer Service and Follow Up

This is my second time using ASPCA Insurance and once again I am very happy with their customer service and follow up. We have a just turned, one year old puppy who, like most puppies, has had her fair share of mischief. Some of which has resulted in a few trips to the vet. Needless to say our claims have been adequately covered, quickly processed and when I've had questions, those questions have been quickly and efficiently answered.

Embrace is the best!!!!

Texas A & M Veterinary Hospital filed our claim for our dogs intestinal obstruction with Embrace and within a week we heard it was processed. We are very pleased with the care we have been given.

Used to be good but they are slipping

When I started out the rates were a little high but I felt it was worth it to know that my dogs' health would be taken care of and their customer service was FANTASTIC. Recently I feel like my rates are really going up and not all of my claims are being reimbursed in full, it also takes upwards of 30 days to process my claim. Customer service is now just so-so. In my opinion they have slipped since being bought by Nationwide. I would recommend for younger dogs with NO preexisting conditions but not for older dogs.

They claim they don't have information

Beware this company. They claim they don't have information in order not to pay up or substantially delay paying. I have had claims in for 5 months. When you call they resubmit and start the whole process again. It used to be a good company but is clearly mis managed now.
