Best Customer Service
I have been so pleased with this service! I got Rocky a few months ago as a 12 week old rescue pup so needless to say I have been at the vet often recently. The customer service team have answered all of my questions efficiently and clearly. I love that I get to communicate directly with a person for my claims and questions. Good idea to have pet insurance
Good idea to have pet insurance. "Pet's Best" isn't the ideal spot. It takes to long to get info about the claim (upwards of 21 - 30 days). Sense I have to pay the vet bill in it's entirety, that's too long to wait. Heaven help you if you make a mistake or have a paperwork "SNAFU".
