No coverage when needed
I’m uncertain if I will stay with Trupanion. I have paid diligently for two years and never made a claim for our dog but to have nothing covered for her newly developed allergy is disappointing.

Not happy so far - 0 for 2 claims
Honestly, i don't know what i'm paying for. The brochure seemed so inviting, so reassuring. we cover anything! I've submitted to claims so far and gotten nothing. One was for essential lab work and the other was for the 'strongly encouraged' if not flatly required neuter surgery. Which was denied because it's deemed 'preventative'. If you dont cover neuter surgery, again, what are you there for, am i just hoping my dog doesnt get hit by a car? (knock 3 times). Not happy so far.
