All of your service representatives have been exceptional with me. Most recently, she resolved the issue of the cancellation letter that I called about but the larger issue of me continuing to receive such letters erroneously cannot be resolved by her. This is clearly a management and organizational workflow issue.

I Was Hesitant In Filing For The ...
I was hesitant in filing for the claim since it was not accidentally. Beau, my 3 year old Yorkie, had impacted Anal Glands. So after my second appointment with the Vet, I decided to file since I knew I had a deductible to meet for the year. I was presently surprised to see my email showing the reimbursement amount. Really am so very grateful that I purchased this insurance!
