We’ve submitted 2 claims to Healthy Paws within a 15-month period for the same dog. We spent only a few minutes of our time presenting the claims, no questions were asked of us and we received the full amount due within a very short time. It's been an outstanding and remarkable experience with an insurance company. We received about $3,200 on one of the claims and $1,100 on the other, so they weren't small claims. We’re very knowledgeable consumers and we recommend Healthy Paws without hesitation or reservation.

My dumb golden retriever ate one too many socks and needed it to be surgically removed. $4000 and 25 staples later, he is doing much better! Thank goodness we had Healthy Paws Insurance. Surgery was on a Tuesday, I submitted my claim on Friday through the Healthy Paws App (get it... it is so easy and helpful). One week later, I received my check in the mail. Such an easy process and super fast! If only human health insurance was this easy!

My dog needed emergency surgery. Having the knowledge that Healthy Paws had us covered made the decision to proceed easy. Casey is now home and healthy again. Healthy Paws paid the approved the claim in 2 days and promptly sent payment. This was followed up with a wonderful email asking how Casey is feeling. I enthusiastically recommend Healthy Paws, and have encouraged a number of my friends to insure their pets with them.

I have read some of the other reviews, & yes sometimes it can take a while to get a refund, however I was encouraged by the wonderful & I mean wonderful, thoughtful, empathetic client services staff to change my payment method to direct bank deposit & my reimbursements were much quicker in being processed. Every single staff member I spoke was expectional in their endeavour to help me however they could, all the time keeping in mind that putting in a claim meant something was wrong with Sam who they asked about on every call there after. Honestly, nothing but wonderful things to say.
