I was not sure if the emails that I sent to your company were received by you so I called to make sure that you did in fact receive it. Maybe a "confirmation of receipt" of an e-mail would be a nice improvement.

Embrace pet insurance has been very easy to manage. Excellent customer service whether via email or phone handling all questions and clarifying any issues. Reimbursement process is easy and quick, always receiving my claims in about a week's time.

I have 2 little female doxies and when I have had to take them in to the vet, I get nothing but the best service from ASPCA. They have called to check on my girls, they process my claims fast and they are the greatest people to work with. Their service and the fact that they do allow dogs with preexisting conditions was the reason I chose them and I am glad I did. I filed my first claim, which was only the cost of a prescription, and it was approved and put toward my $500 annual deductible. It took around two weeks for it to be approved, but they requested a year's worth of medical records from my vet before they would process it. So part of the wait was the delay in medical records. Overall, filing a claim is easy and their website is easy to navigate. I'm confident that the filing of any future claims will go just as smoothly as this one.
