So far so good. I haven't had to use the insurance yet so I can't say with certainty but it was definately easy to get my dog the coverage he needs and deserves.

Trying to get up with someone is a nightmare. A simple email says 4 days to answer. If all you can say is your getting a higher call volumme then usual, its simple. Hire some more representitives.
