I have had some issues with you guys that no one really seems to care about. It took 6 months for you to approve a claim, that's fine because you eventually did cover it but now that it has been approved I am having issues getting some medication covered as the girl I talked to ensured me that they have been covered but they have not. I would have paid my deductable off and should be getting money back but she was kind of rude about it because I kept asking the same question. I know that it isn't all trupainions fault because my previous vet is useless in helping with making claims.

Your service is excellent in every respect!

Unless you get a puppy, dental insurance from Trupanion won't cover any claims. In 2015 my claim was honoured, in 2016 they changed their policy, in 2017 my new claim was denied.

She was very friendly and nice - however there was no answer to my question- it was not in her control-
