This was our second visit to the emergency room this year. Lakshmi vomited a large amount of blood. It was over a thousand dollars, it was covered quickly and easily. I called embrace when we were at the emergency room, and they offered to fax the claim form, which I thought was super nice.

Having A Dog Who Started Out With...
Having a dog who started out with a sore toe, that ended up needing that toe removed, then ended up being cancer, was a frightening journey. I have had some issues with you guys that no one really seems to care about.
I have had some issues with you guys that no one really seems to care about. It took 6 months for you to approve a claim, that's fine because you eventually did cover it but now that it has been approved I am having issues getting some medication covered as the girl I talked to ensured me that they have been covered but they have not. I would have paid my deductable off and should be getting money back but she was kind of rude about it because I kept asking the same question. I know that it isn't all trupainions fault because my previous vet is useless in helping with making claims.
