The only insurance worth paying for

This is my third or fourth review I have written for Embrace. I love them that much. I can't even tell you how grateful I am that I do not have to worry about costs when I take my cat to the vet. The math is simple--I pay copay plus 80% of the total cost (at least with my plan). I have definitely spent more than I have ever paid them. The tiny amount of $23/month is so worth it. Get Embrace for your pet now!!

Embrace has saved our dogs eyesight

Our 8 year old Diabetic Lab lost his eyesight in 2 weeks and we found a Vet Opthamologist that put new lenses in Hunters eyes. He has 100% of his eyesight back and Embrace paid 80% of his surgery which was not cheap. We have our old ball loving dog back thanks to Embrace.

Fraudulent Company

It is my understanding that the purpose of insurance it to pay into something that will protect yourself in the future. Thus making a claim you receive compensation. Not with this company. It has been over a year now that I have been trying to get my money - the money I disserve. I have contacted the company numerous times through e-mail and phone only to be pushed around. Every time I inquire I am told a cheque is in the mail - never to see one arrive. I have changed the address to which they can send so it comes to my work where we have someone receiving mail on a daily basis in hopes that I would not miss the mail. Still nothing. I have asked several times if I can register for direct deposit. Only to hear "once you sign up one way you cant change it" I am sorry I adopted a dog and the shelter signed me up, because they like to promote Petsecure in good faith, well that was a big mistake. I will be sure to tell my situation to the shelter in hopes that they go with Trupanion - a much better company to work with. This is outrageous and no one seems to even care to help no matter how I try to escalate the situation. How is someone like me suppose to receive the service and respect that is mandatory? Petsecure - will you finally help me?

Healthy Paws enables you to focus on best care opt

When my retriever collided with another dog during a retrieve and broke both upper and lower canine teeth in addition to laceration of his upper lip, I was able to immediately focus on the best care options for him instead of what funds I had in my budget for emergency. My husbands response when I informed him of the incident was not a concern about our financial situation, but a sigh of relief that we have insurance. Healthy Paws customer care line verified my coverage when I called and a real person wished us well. My claim was promptly processed and although I could see each step on the app, I also received emails as it was processed. I was so impressed when I received an email after the claim was completed to inquire how my dog was recovering!

Trupanion is a must have for dog owners

First I want to speak on a very sad note. We recently lost our puppy who was just five months old due to an accident. This was a very hard loss for us as we had waited several years for her. One thing that helped us through this hard time was knowing that we did absolutely everything we could to try and save her, including taking her to Texas A&M University to get the best care possible. We ended up racking up over $4000 in bills trying to save her. There is no way we could have done this without Trupanion. Not only did they cover everything (minus deductible and exam fees) after only receiving a couple of months premium from us, they refunded our current months premium as she had passed on the last day of the previous month. They did so without us asking, or even considering this. Furthermore, they sent us a personalized condolence card signed by several people on their staff. I consider this going above and beyond. On a somewhat lighter note, we have another dog that has been in the vet many times lately due to a skin condition that has proven quite difficult to diagnose. This has also added up to several thousand dollars. We have long since met our deductible, so now Trupanion covers everything at 90% including the medication. For the last couple of months this has added up to more than our premium for all our pets. We can put the vet bills on our credit card, and Trupanion reimburses us long before the bill comes due. I cannot say enough good things.

Re-Payment of lost claim check

Never received a check for a claim I had submitted and when I called to check on it they issued another check immediately. My experience was very nice and the person I spoke to was wonderful. Thank you Embrace.

HEALTHY PAWS IS THE BEST!!!

After extensive research, we selected Healthy Paws pet insurance in June for our two new Goldendoodle puppies. In early July, our 18 week old, Ziggy, swallowed a rock from our backyard which required major surgery to remove. He was in intensive care for three days. Needless to say, this was a very traumatic and expensive experience for all of us. We feel so happy that we chose Healthy Paws. They processed our claim and mailed our check within days after the vet paperwork was submitted. The process was simple - all online. The customer service staff at Healthy Paws is awesome! I received an email at the end of July inquiring about Ziggy's recovery. I didn't expect that - an insurance company that actually cares - WOW!!! I am happy to report that Ziggy has fully recovered and is back to his curious, feisty self. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner.

Healthy Paws is the BEST!!

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws, their coverage, and their service. I have had coverage for my dog since 2014, and we have had a few larger claims that would have been a real burden without Healthy Paws. It's nice to have the peace of mind that when something unexpected comes up you don't have to worry as much about the cost, and focus on the well being of your pet. It's a great investment, and they typically process and pay claims in less than a week. Don't think twice about signing up, just do it.

ASPCA is the Best!

We have a Labradoodle and a Maine Coon both covered by ASPCA. Both have benefited from the insurance. Knowing that you are covered makes going to the Vet an easier decision. The customer service at ASPCA is the best I have ever experienced and other companies could learn a lot by using them as their benchmark.

Quick Reimbursement - Minimal Documentation

Our toy poodle Max started to limp when he was about 15 months old. Turned out he had a congenital orthopedic issue. The cost of the surgery, meds, etc. was over $3,200.00. I submitted the claims via email and was reimbursed (up to my chosen policy limits) within 10 days. The claims department periodically kept me informed via email as to the status.
