I was grateful that I could treat both of my dogs without the financial burden. It allowed me to take care of my dog's medical issues. I am not sure what decision I would have made if I didn't have insurance.

The representative wasn't the problem. My problem is that my premium went up from $68 to $82 I only a year. My other dog is with another company and his premium is $58 and he has had 5 surgeries. I probably won't go with Trupanion with my next dog.

Our experience with Figo Pet Insurance was simply perfection from start to finish. We submitted our claim on an iPhone, uploaded documents while still at the Vet's office, and within a week we were reimbursed for more than we expected.
