I had an amazing experience starting with the Live Chat on the Trupanion website, easy to upload my invoice on the app and text updates while processing my claim! Not to mention my claim was processed faster than I anticipated, I wish my personal insurance was that easy!

Highly recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance
Nina was rushed into the care of our veterinarian after an accident involving her eye. Her eye was not responding to treatment with the result the eye had to be removed. The days following was a bit of a blur but after mentioning to the Care Hospital that we are members of Trupanion, they took it from there and within five minutes the account was settled. No paperwork on our part, all was submitted by the hospital right there, in front of me. After a stressful few days it sure was a relief to be taken care of in such a quick and efficient manner. We do not regret being a Trupanion member for a second. It is definitely worth having insurance for your pet. We got the best treatment from the ophthalmologist, the VCA care hospital in Calgary and Trupanion. Thank you from the Nieuwoudt family

Trupanion has been there every step of the way to help make our dogs recovery process attainable. We are so greatful we invested in Trupanion. Bruno is still recovering but we are very hopeful he will make a full recovery. It's been a long journey but he is a tough little guy and we love him. We would not be able to keep him alive if we didn't have Trupanion insurance.
