Representative was great and very helpful. This was the first time I sat on hold waiting for over 6 minutes, typically there is little to no wait, not sure what happened. But when she answered she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure there were no further future glitches.

We are so blessed that we listened to our vet and got trupanion! It's terrible to have to contemplate your pets health due to huge costs and we've never had to with our little Rambo- trupanion has made saving our little guy easy and hassle free!
