Best investment, amazing coverage

Getting Embrace insurance was the best thing I did for my pets. I bought as an investment for their future as well as just a sense of security for any emergencies. They have always gone above and beyond all my expectations and needs. Their coverage is complete and comprehensive, no hidden loopholes or surprises, and I've always been reimbursed in a timely manor. When Jolene recently had some neurologic scares, I didn't even have to worry because I knew Embrace would be there for me to pursue all necessary diagnostics and treatments. I cannot say enough about how great they are as a company and insurance provider. I recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen.

The worst company I have ever dealt with ever

Please do yourself a favor and don't wait your money find another insurance company for your pet... I my experience over the first year of my puppy's life, dealing with this company was awful... Customer service is nonexistent... If you ask to speak with a supervisor, you will never ever get anyone to speak with... If you ask for a CEO's email address you will never ever get any information... In this day, who runs a business like that... Terrible customer service... The only way you'll get someone to answer a phone call to s to call sales (sales answers the phone) and they will attempt to transfer you... Again terrible customer service, most frustrating...

Peace of mind in a stressful situation

I've had ASPCA pet insurance a little over 6 months when I found out I had to put in a claim for my dogs foot infection. It turned out to be an expensive and stressful(emotional)incident. ASPCA was very helpful and professional all through my claim experience. I want to thank them for their kindness and help.

I can't believe how good they are!

We have 2 dogs covered by Healthy Paws and we couldn't be more pleased. A month after signing up one of our dogs ate a whole bottle of pet meds. We rushed her to a 24 hour animal emergency room where they did blood tests and gave her anti-toxicity drugs and IVs, kept her over-night and then more tests... We had only paid in $70 in premiums and immediately we send in a bill for almost $1000. Surely they're gonna question this! Surely they're gonna say the bill was too high. (We DID take her to the equivalent of a hospital Emergency Room.) But within a week the claim was processed and we got back 90% (minus a $50 yearly deductible.) In the past we were with VPI and they would have paid about $150. MAYBE.. Over the 4 or 5 years we've had our dogs insured with Healthy Paws, they have ALWAYS been a pleasure to work with. You will not go wrong insuring through them.

Helpful and worth it

I've found this insurance to be helpful when a health even has come about with my cat. ASPCA has processed my claims in a timely manner.I feel a little more confident in getting care for my cat when I know I have the backing for ASPCA insurance.

Awesome company!!

We adopted our dog Sprocket in Tucson, AZ while traveling in an RV. Included in his adoption fee, was a veterinarian statement attesting to his good health. We purchased insurance from Healthy Paws because we are retired and thought it would be better to pay a monthly fee rather than risk a large expense if Sprocket ever had a health issue. Due to his young age, I thought it would be many years or maybe never, when we would actually need to use it. I sure was wrong. As it turned out, he became ill and it was determined he had a congenital heart defect and would need surgery. Even though we have only had him a few months, he is the light of our lives and we would have incurred whatever debt that was necessary in order to save him. Thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance though, that wasn't necessary. It only took a couple of minutes to submit my claim and they processed it in a very timely manner. They also personally contacted me to check on Sprocket's recovery. Awesome company!!

Not Happy Lately

Wait until next year English Bulldog. They were great in the beginning but when your insurance renews they might denied your claims. Citing that it's a preexisting condition.I am so upset with the service lately that I'm thinking about canceling but our cat is getting older. Every time I submit a claim it's denied because of a preexisting condition (grass allergy). We tore out our grass and put in pet friendly fake grass and our poor puppy's still itchy. She's on expensive prescription food and on a medicine called Apoquil now. She is doing great for the first time in 2 years. Of course, that vet diagnoses and Med claim was denied. They even denied a claim when she was stung by a bee and went into anaphylaxtic shock. Stating it was because of her grass allergy. They have been wonderful up until this year. Whats up Embrace?
