Great company and I tell everyone about the wonderful care for Hurley.

This past week has been strenuous, and it's coincided with a number of technological struggles on the Trupanion side (i.e. claims not being received via fax or email in a timely manner, accidental email message about a policy cancellation that wasn't real, etc.), so my frustration level with the organization has been exceptionally high this past week. That said, Trupanion has consistently been an efficiently run and communicative institution for the past 4 years that I've used them, and I'd happily recommend them as the superior pet insurance choice knowing that these recent issues are the exception, not the rule.

Staff are professional and very friendly. They do everthing possible to resolve any concerns. Keep up the great work.

you guys are getting way too expensive with unrealistic rate increases...20 plus %seems really unfair to us....not that you guys really care about that. But...you did ask!!!

Every time I call Trupanion I am treated very compassionately. The representatives I have spoken with are very courteous and helpful.

So far you guys have been amazing helping with Bucky's care and we are so grateful. Customer serves reps are so friendly and welcoming. I hope none of this ever changes

I was shocked trupanion finally gave my baby twinkle a yes for a filed claim. In fact I was going to cancel if they had denied this claim too.

I had a mixed breed dog who tore his ACL several months ago. Because of this, I decided to purchase pet insurance for my other 2 dogs.I had the pet insurance for about 2 months, and one of the dogs developed acute symptoms of bloat. The speciality vet said: You have 2 choices: euthanasia or immediate surgery. The vet saved my dog. Without pet insurance, I would have been in severe debt. I will never go without pet insurance again.
