Find and read reviews with confidence

I have been a huge fan of Trupanion and as someone who is very involved in the dog world I have recommended Trupanion to many people. Until now!! Something has gone terribly wrong with Trupanion as a company. Claims are taking OVER A MONTH to be reviewed and paid. And I have had to repeatedly call Trupanion to check on what is happening and they keep telling me they are trying to get to everything. The turn-around time used to be 4-7 days! A MONTH for a repetitive issue is ridiculous. I'm going to start searching for a new company and I am not recommending Trupanion to another person unless and until I see a change back to their former awesome and amazing company.

Your website is glitchy - it has been that way for a while. When I call in, the reps are always amazing, but it would be faster for me if the website worked better.
