We just started a policy on our little pup and opted for the wellness benefit. I submitted my receipt yesterday and payment was issued today! I don't think I've ever had any type of claim handled so fast.

HP is awesome to work with. I have 2 dogs and they both have had claims. They pay promptly and if they have questions they communicate timely and professionally. They are just great to work with. Highly recommend

Golden retriever has bad hips on x-ray but no clinical signs to date. Vet recommended water treadmill and therapy as a way to postpone or prevent total hip replacement. Claim for PT was paid within 10 days of submittal without any issues or limits.

I have been a policy holder for many years. I really never had much of a claim until now. I took my dog to the vet for a skin irritation that most likely was from an allergy. They paid for the first visit, but when I had to take her back because the one medicine was not working, they denied the claim saying it was a CHRONIC condition. That makes you want to go in to the vet and say give me every medicine you have in case one doesnt work...ridiculous. I figured out I have paid in $3784 for this one pet in the last 8 yrs, and gotten back about $200....I have canceled my policy and opened a little savings account I put the payment into each month.

My Pet had issues around broken toe nail and foreign particle ingestion. The feedback from Embrace was prompt with clear Explanation of Benefits. Apart from this, the Wellness Claim feature is amazing and the service and the response from Embrace staff is always very prompt. I reviewed quite a bit before arriving at Embrace as my preferred insurance company for my pet and I am 100% satisfied till now. Her is wishing Embrace all the best going forward.

Nobody wants to need pet insurance but its so vitally important when you do need it. My 4 year old sphynx developed anorexia and dehydration suddenly and needed 3 days in emergency vet care with IV fluids and antibiotics. Having embrace gave me the confidence I needed to get my cat the very best care without worrying too much about the impact it would have on our family financially. Embrace was quick to start my claim and update me that the claim had been received. The website is easy to navigate and check up on claim status. The claim was completed quickly- I was amazed how fast they were able to assist me. Once the claim was completed they were able to direct deposit the money into my account which was so convenient and quick. I am happy with Embrace. Coverage is good. Service is fast. They are good communicators. Their website makes everything easy.

Memorial Day weekend, 2015, I noticed our 12 year old Yorkie had very labored breathing. I took her to animal ER and found out she had congestive heart failure. That meant frequent doctor visits and many medications. It was very difficult but with the meds and our vigilance, we got over a year with her. Most of it was good and we even did a little traveling with her to two of her favorite places. Having help with the expense gave us time to make some wonderful memories.

Our little Dachshund Mimi certainly had her share of problems and the claims we submitted were always prompt and satisfactory.

My tip would be, get some information on the claim up on the claim filed a bit faster so we don't have to call in to see what is going on with the claim.
