I am a senior on a pension and my cat Kirby has been part of my family for 14-years. I purchased insurance with Pets Plus Us because of the recommendation of my veterinarian. I was hesitant as I didn't really understand pet insurance or the necessity of it. Your customer service agents provided me with so much information and took the time to answer all my questions, never trying to rush me off the phone. After 1-year with insurance, our loving Kirby got sick. The treatment to fix Kirby was more than $1,200, will be ongoing and we could not have given Kirby the treatment without the insurance. Kirby and I are so grateful for Pets Plus Us, thank you.

I have been with Trupanion for 9 years now and enjoy getting a live, caring person when I call. They process and pay claims very quickly and are always open for discussion on any issue or concern. I recently had two big operations on my beloved dog and they paid 90% after the deductible. I don't know what I would have done if it were not for their help.
