Claim turn around time has been a recent issue and the inability to get an estimated return time on the claims that are processing, other than that once a claim is made not many complaints, wish that the deductible was a yearly instead of per incident. The lack of the ability to have a person contact you other than e-mail is inconvenient, not everyone has a computer or Internet. Given all that they have covered on my dog I can say that the majority of the time I have received a prompt answer on the phone when I call and only been denied on my Boxer for saying his crutiate was preexisting, so now they will not cover the other knee.

I can not say enough about how easy pet's best is the work with.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with Trupanion. They are knowledgeable about what they do, thorough, prompt and it always feels like they truly do care about your pets.

Thank you for such a speedy response to my claim! Our old insurance company's first response took a month and payment (when we didn't' have to argue about it) was 6 to 8 weeks out. I hope that as you grow you will continue to treat claims in the manner which you do now.
