ASPCA has been a Godsend. Our male GSD has suddenly come down with uti and prostate issues. These have been costly due to taking time, and multiple doctor visits, to determine what the problem is. ASPCA has provided us with relief to be able to have him treated without worrying about debt. So thankful for this insurance. The only critique,as noted by others, is the amount of time it takes to process claims. So if quick reimbursement is necessary, people might want to shop elsewhere. Otherwise ASPCA is great!

Talk about amazing customer service ! Nima went above and beyond in assisting me with making a claim for the first time earlier this year for our Dog Bella. He was not only, kind, and patient but incredibly helpful when it came to following up with me multiple times during the paperwork process . Easy to fill a claim agents always helpful no complaints

This is by far the best pet insurance company. I’ve never heard of lemonade before until a friend mentioned that they use it for their dog! The process was super easy to step but and BEST prices. I am a full time student and full time employee and Lemonade has definitely helped me out! From getting my fur babies vaccines and stuff lemonade has had my back. I refer all my family and friends to use this app and I will FOREVER use Lemonade!!

I found out about Nationwide Pet Insurance through an extra benefit that was being offered through our benefits at my place of employment. Needless to say I jumped at the opportunity and added Nationwide Pet Insurance as a part of my benefits because at the time we had two cats in our home at that time. Knowing the importance of taking care of your pets and their health is important to any pet owner. Each year we take our pets in for their check ups and when it is done I have filed a claim through Nationwide and in just a very short time when nationwide has received my claims and processed in just a few days I have received a check to my bank to help with the expense. We recently went through the process with Riley who is five and is a real sweetheart. I am just amazed hour quickly how everything is done and we will continue to do so with each visit we take our cats to our veterinarian whether for a check up or illness. My youngest cat Hudson unfortunately passed away. We had a few vet expenses including his cremation. In less than a month the insurance claim was approved. The claim process was very easy. I am grateful to have chosen Metlife for my cats.

When our dog Piper was diagnosed with a CCL injury earlier this year, we were told that corrective surgery might be necessary. When we expressed concern about the cost, we were also informed by Arboretum View Animal Hospital, which has been caring for Piper the last 10 years, that we should look into pet insurance from Trupanion. Turns out, she didn't need CCL surgery at that time, but early this month (July 2023) she was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma on the underside of her left front paw. Trupanion has been with us through every stage of her treatment, from original biopsy to successful surgery very recently to remove the tumor. We are so glad that Arboretum View recommended Trupanion - their prompt payment, support and expressions of care and concern for Piper have made this a far less onerous experience than it could have been - and Piper says "Thanks!"

Sasha had to be boarded because we were going out of state, staying in a motel suite. VHA reported she was having bloody diarrhea. She had this the last time she was boarded. They gave her an antibiotic and an antidiarrheal medicine. VHA sent reports to us twice a day, plus pictures and videos. We could tell when Sasha was getting better because her tail was up. We do not take Sasha anywhere else. Embrace pet insurance promptly reimburses us for covered expenses. VHA put Sasha in ICU because it is quieter (most of the time) and calming to her. VHA ICU is staffed 24 hours a day. Boarding is only staffed 7 am to 6 pm. Embrace also reimburses us for her (special diet) food and medicines. We get our money's worth, (unfortunately) with Embrace. All of our pets i.e. family have had Embrace.

My cat ate part of a silicone bread wrapper tie shaped like a cat with a tail. He ate the head. I had thoughtlessly left a loaf of bread on the kitchen counter and he got to it! After a few days, he became sick. I took him to VCA and then to Care hospital. He had surgery to remove the silicone and is home now and doing fine. My 24 Hour Pet Watch insurance took care of the two claims in good time and paid properly. Thank you.
