The worst service I have ever seen...
Don't waste your time with this service. When you needed the most after my dog passed away they simply followed their protocol of rejecting claims. This is just money driven. Look somewhere else. I will NEVER use this again.

The Best Coverage!
I am so grateful that I have coverage with Trupanion. Making a claim could not be easier and the coverage is generous. They do not nickel and dime like other pet insurance companies that I have had in the past. I encourage anyone with a pet to get insurance as veternary care can be so very expensive. We just had a blood test that tested for 3 things and the cost was 800 dollars. Trupanion paid approximately 500 of that. The claim was processed in less than 24 hours and I got an email with the amount they would pay. I am so happy with this insurance company.

LOVE! Healthy Paws!!!
Would recommend 100% Healthy Paws. My chocolate lab Pablo has been a client of Healthy Paws since he was 5 months old. I cannot say how easy the claims, communications has been with them. They go above and beyond for their pets. Pablo has had 2 major surgeries in the past 4 months from beginning to the final surgery all communication has been great, claims from start to finish easy no issues. They even checked on Pablo after his surgeries.
