Diane was very helpful in providing information, answering questions, and being patient as I weighed all of the considerations to sign up on the call. All documentation was received timely. Every claim I have submitted has been applied to my deductible (per illness) quickly and accurately. My last claim I surpassed my deductible and will be receiving my check soon. Very pleased with the response time, the ease to submit the statement through the Trupanion app and ease to look up previous claims.
