Good pet insurance. They handle the claims promptly. Good people to deal with on the phone. I would recommend it for any pet owner.

Trupanion has been an awesome experience
We actually have a dog and a cat. I am so pleasantly surprised on how easy it is to file a claim, and if I have questions, the are open 24/7. We had an emergency with our cat and they were so helpful. When I've had claims they are paid very quickly. I would recommend anyone who needs insurance to deal with Trupanion.

Great care!
Trupanion has always been prompt and fair in their service! All claims paid, and when I disagreed with one of the findings of their claims, they reviewed it and I was re-imbursed! Their service is always prompt! I highly recommend getting insurance if you have an animal as vet costs are astronomical! However, get coverage right away, as if an issue arrises, and you don't have insurance, the insurance will NOT cover that issue indefinitely!!

Fast, compassionate & reliable
During my Lulu's emergency surgery yesterday I received calls about the preapproval process from Trupanion reps and every time they were very compassionate to my situation and it was comforting. He process was not long and everything worked out!! I don't know what I would do without my Trupanion insurance!!

Great Service!
We have a dog with a lot of health issues so we have quite a few claims for him. Embrace is always quick to check out the claim and send a check to help pay for all his vet bills. I am glad we got Embrace to help us with that!

Better responses that I expected.
I am very pleased with the response time and the wellness coverage. We have not had to use the general coverage as yet. If there would be anything I would change would be the preexisting condition coverage.
