We've been with Trupanion for about 6 years and they have come through for us whenever needed for our dogs and cats on acted faster than I could have imagined; some of the claims were for some very serious health issues. They are consistently professional, honest, and compassionate and I don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you Trupanion!

Pets Best is easy! The website is user friendly, filing claims is easy, and payment is timely and deposited directly into my bank account. I love all the options they provide to get in touch. No one has time to wait on hold these days. I can email or chat about my needs. Chat response time is instantaneous. I was able to update my credit card information via chat! How awesome is that! LOVE PETS BEST!!!

Our pet ate some poison pellets and required emergency treatment. We paid out of our pocket and sent the bill to Embrace. We had a check sent to us within 2 weeks for part of the bill which helped out a lot.

Coverage is great and reimbursement is fast without issues.

I've had Embrace for my pets for several years and never had a problem with them paying my claims. However my last experience was the worst customer service I've experienced. I honestly believe it was due to one employee. Her attitude was one of just not caring and very controversial. Because of my pets aging I will continue to do business with the company but I don't recommend them to anyone else. Until they investigate my claim and find out why this employee doesn't care about who pays her salary please chose another pet insurance company

I rescued Charley Brown just over a year ago. He had an ear infection at that time, but that was his only known health issue. It turns out he has osteoarthritis and now we're looking at kidney issues. There is no way I could afford his acupuncture (which has worked wonders, btw) and all his kidney tests. Embrace has been awesome, and I can't thank them enough for helping to get this sweet boy healthy!

I took a chance with Embrace as per insurance, I did research, asked friends, family and co workers. I was impressed with their mission statement,website information and although NO ONE has ever heard of them I decided I would try their insurance for my dog. We have been paying for this insurance for over two years and never filed a claim. I am aware my dog had eye issues in the past, I never submitted a claim for anything to do with his eyes, until he had a puncture of his eyeball, not at all related to his preexisting condition. This was documented in supplies pathology report when the eyeball was removed. I did submit this claim as a puncture does not happen in its own and his had nothing to do with any disease. I provided everything Embrace asked for, yet they will not honor the claim. WILL NOT recommend Embrace pet insurance ever to anyone. Very disappointed. Helen

Our luckiest unlucky pup has gotten an enormous amount of help from Embrace, and getting reimbursed has been a breeze. We found him on the street with parvo virus and after he survived we decided to invest in insurance. Embrace was easy to enroll in and submit claims to, which was lucky because Beau ended up needing CCL surgery on both of his knees and had an infected tooth that had to be removed all in one year! Thanks to embrace we were able to care for Beau and he'll have many healthy years to go!

I've been very apprehensive about pet insurances even though I've always had Cody on one. I've had mixed experiences with the 4 pet insurances I've used in the past and my biggest worry was what would happen if Cody really needed help. I thought I would still have a few years left, but the ease at which I can submit a claim and get reimbursed for Cody's lymphoma treatment has been amazing. It had been a difficult time for our family and having a company (and employees) like Embrace has made it much easier. They made it completely effortless and allowed me to focus on the treatment rather than the payments.
