I was very happy with the insurance.
I very happy with the ASPCA insurance. I received my payment in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves their pets.

Trupanion is awesome
Over the last few weeks I have dealt with Trupanion because of a small problem my Morkie was suffering from. Every person in the organization was friendly and helpful to me, and we were able to get things organized quickly so that Bella could have her surgery. I would highly recommend Trupanion if you are looking for Pet Insurance. I wouldn't be without it!

Difficult to file claims and way too long to reimburse
I wish I had known that I could not electronically file claims like my other pet insurance carrier for my other Wolfhound. It would have made a difference going with your company.
Extremely disappointing and inconvenient if I forget that I needed a form filled out at Vet's office.
Your turnaround time for reimbursement is dismal...but average overall for all companies.
You came highly recommended but I am not impressed.
Sorry and now I am stuck with you.

Fantastic Insurance Company
I am new to having pet insurance and I am so happy I chose Embrace. Our Vet office recommended Embrace. The claim process was fast and easy and I was communicated with in a very timely manner about the status of the claim. Embrace is top notch and I would definitely recommend them to cover your pet are.

Pets Best gives us peace of mind
I'm very happy with Pets Best. Their reps are always detailed, patient, helpful and cheerful. Documents are submitted online and I get my explanation and claims in a week or less. I explored other insurance companies and some of them were rude. I'm glad we stayed with Pets Best. I highly recommend this company.

We travel with our dogs to places like Labrador, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories and were relieved to discover ASPCA coverage was there for us when our dog got sick. Our dog has been diabetic for going on 2 years and the insurance has lessened the financial impact on our family. Only wish they covered RX dog food when there is a diagnosis that warrants it.
