The monthly cost of the insurance keeps going up.

getting very expencive.. most freinds said they can not aford it..

I love how responsive the company is! Within a day, I know they received a claim, and (sometimes less than) a day later, I know how much they'll pay and the money is on its way to me! That's awesome and something most of companies (insurance or otherwise) don't do. They also answer my phone calls with knowledgeable representatives who have always been able to resolve whatever question or issue I have. I've been super pleased with Trupanion and have recommended the company to my vet as well as to friends and strangers asking about pet insurance. Trupanion is great I as a customer is truly satisfied with everything

Would love to see you add coverage for things like heart scans. I realize they're considered preventative, but if a breed has a predisposition to issues, it seems beyond preventative.

The only dissatisfaction I have with your service is that it had not been made clear to me when I signed up that there were different options available beyond your Core package.
