Figo drops the Ball on the amount of time they take to get your Claim done. I submitted a Claim on 8/20/25 & here it is 8/27/25 & my claim is still in Review. I am seriously thinking about dumping Figo & finding another Pet Insurance Company! Figo has not met my expectations whatsoever! Figo needs to do a lot better at processing claims in a timely fashion! I so far am not happy with the Figo turn-around time!!!

I am seriously thinking about dumping Figo & finding another Pet Insurance Company! Figo has not met my expectations whatsoever! Figo needs to do a lot better at processing claims in a timely fashion! I so far am not happy with the Figo turn-around time!!!
