This is the second claim I have submitted to ASPCA Insurance...I am pleased with the quick processing and reimbursement of the claim. I like the fact that I can have my reimbursement direct deposited in my checking account..I have researched many many pet insurance companies and although the deductible is a bit higher than what I wanted to pay, I am satisfied with the 90% return on the balance.

I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs and it seems like we're always going to vet for one issue or another. Embrace has been great since day 1 when I first started with the insurance 5 years ago. The claims process is super easy and claims are reimbursed quickly and without any hassle. Great company!

Extremely fast & very thorough. They were there to help in any way I needed. I am still having follow up blood work for my Yorkie & they continue to cover each claim without issue. The best pet insurance hands down.

I actually have two labs insured with Trupanion and, unfortunately, have had need to render multiple claims for both. This review is a summary of all of my Trupanion experiences. I can't say enough about the wonderful service this insurer provides. A simple to understand contract and I know exactly what my coverage reimbursement will be. Never unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend them and have convinced two of my neighbors to also use them. The neighbors are as pleased as I am. This company has earned the right to b e successful in my view

I have worked with and owned dogs my entire life, and am currently employed as a dog trainer. This is your warning: DO NOT GET PETS BEST. They are the absolute worst. You cannot communicate with them at all without talking to rude, incompetent, uncaring people. You're put on hold forever. Claims take forever. BUT the absolute worst part about Pets Best is THEY DENY EVERY SINGLE CLAIM. Here's an example: I brought my dog to the vet because he was scratching uncontrollably. The vet diagnosed Canine Atopic Dermatitis and gave him a shot ($47) that completely cured him. Great, right? Nope! Pets Best DENIED the claim because they said years earlier when I FIRST adopted him FROM THE SHELTER, his paws were a reddish color. They said this indicated he was licking his paws, that meant an allergy, scratching was an allergy, and therefore it was a "pre-existing condition." WHAT? I work at the shelter, and I can tell you that ALL dogs lick their paws in the shelter due to STRESS not ANXIETY. This is proven by the fact that a few months after he was home with me, he wasn't licking his paws and they weren't red anymore. Also, allergies are NOT Canine Atopic Dermatitis, as my vet confirmed. I called them and got no response. I tried tweeting them and was BLOCKED ON TWITTER by Pets Best. Does that sound like a company who cares about your pet? No! They do not. I cannot NOT recommend this company enough. Many other companies are MUCH BETTER: Healthy Paws, Pet Plan, National, Trupanion ... all heads and tails (pun intended!) over this sorry excuse for a company!

I've been using Embrace for 7 years now to cover my GIANT dog (Mastiff/Great Dane), and I've had consistently positive experiences. The coverage has been exactly as expected and the customer service has exceeded my expectations... they are quick, compassionate, and thorough.

Warning. Stay away from Figo Pet Insurance. They are a scam. Their customer service is horrible and they process claims very slowly. I was told several times that they are experiencing high claim volume and they are hiring more people to handle it. I was also told they are growing too fast and are experiencing growing pains. This is not my problem. I have asked several times to speak with a supervisor and there is never one available. I pay my premium on time every month and expect my claims to be processed in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe they should slow down and focus on their existing customers. At this rate they will be out of business from all their unhappy customers. I wish I never signed up with them. There are lots of other pet insurance companies out there that you should consider. I will be cancelling my policy and getting a new policy with another company. Figo it is time for you to GO out of business.
