Though I have not receive a resolution to my claim. When I contacted one of you staff members the interaction was superb. This staff was personable; compassionate; took the time to answer my questions. Felt very comfortable speaking and interacting with them.

Trupanion is good for emergencies but basically in my experience with our dog we pay way more in insurance then if I had to cover an emergency 100% but I guess that is what insurance is for emergencies.
