Best pet insurance - fast, easy, transparent
Health paws is as good as it gets. I've used others but they are the fastest, easiest to use, and most transparent. I wouldn't use any other insurance.

Fantastic
They have always been very helpful and super efficient. Both of my young dogs have turned out to be lemons but they have never had any problems with any of my claims for them.

Very thorough and did not rush
The young lady was very pleasant and professional on the phone. I was advised that she would send me some forms I needed and explained the process. She was very thorough and did not rush to get off the phone like most over-the-phone employees do. Cudos

Good claim experience
They covered dental work done, since I apparently met the requirement of following the vet's suggestions re: dental care. I half-expected it not to be covered for some reason or other. I've never had a claim denied.

Fast Processing

My Roxy is alive because of Trupanion <3
My 10.5 year old Roxy needed emergency abdominal surgery after lots and lots of failed tests and exams for an accidental foreign body ingestion. She didn't have much time when I was given the options between more diagnostic imaging, emergency surgery, or the 'furever' sleep. Thanks to Trupanion and their pre-approval of the surgery costs, she is alive and recovering well 9 hours later. My Roxy is alive because of you Trupanion! Thank you for everything!

The Best!
We ended up getting pet insurance after a long debate about whether it was better to simply just save money each month, or get pet insurance. After a family member spent thousands of dollars when their cat was ill, I decided to sign up. I'm so glad that we did because since that time my cat has been unwell twice, both times resulting in over $1000 in bills. She seems to be prone to a funny tummy so it is likely we will have to deal with this again. Trupanion has always quickly assessed our claim and sent reimbursement without question. They are able to get the information they need from speaking to the vet and past providers. While in Ontario it took a while for the cheque to come, but now living in Vancouver we received reimbursement in less than a week. I feel so good knowing that I have peace of mind and that I will never need to choose between my pet's comfort or life and money.

Thank you Healthy Paws!
I got my older dog about 2 years ago and have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for him since day 1. The claims process is super easy using the app, and there have never been any questions about any of the claims. My dog recently had major eye surgery, and I have been so pleased with the response time on the claim and the genuine concern for his eye and how he is doing. I recommend Healthy Paws to all of my friends with dogs!
