Extremely happy
I have been extremely happy with Trupanion and the way they have treated the humans and the dogs. I have referred many people to Trupanion and the all seem happy.

Easy to navigate
I wish my health insurance was as easy to navigate, as upfront and honest about the coverage as Trupanion is.
Every single person I have dealt with at Trupanion really knows about the product and the coverage. I have never
had to call back a second time, EVER -- they get it right the first time -- they make it very easy.
I've been a customer for many many years and have recommended this company to anyone and everyone I see with a pet.
It is the best money I have ever spent and the best product I have ever purchased!
The first thing I do when I make the decision to bring home a new pet, is line up my Trupanion Insurance Policy!!!!

Trupanion cares about my dogs and is easy to deal with no matter what the claim is related to
I have two Puggles that are insured by Trupanion. They are by far THE BEST insurer for pets out there. They cover 90% of the claims dollar value....PERIOD. Other companies have many drawbacks and rules regarding payment. Trupanion has none. I recently had to take one of my pups to a 24 hr. emergency care center and Trupanion dealt directly with the doctors there, so I didn't have to play "middle man" with regards to getting the claim submitted and paid. they also pay within about 10 days on the average. You won't find a better company out there....guaranteed.

We were Very Impressed from the beginning with the Caring Attitudes of your Customer Service Reps! :-) The recent emails, with a letter attached to the last one, were all Very Nice and we really appreciated them. We are sorry to have to cancel our insurance

Embrace makes everything so easy.
I expected the processing of claims to be a pain, but Embrace makes it so easy to upload copies of invoices and submit claims. And their response time is amazing.

Amazing Company and Pet Cloud
Figo saved my pets life and my family a ton of money!!! I saw a few negative responses about claim times so I wanted to chime in. Not sure if the others received the same letter I did, but they have been great at communicating their growing pains and it seems to me like they are on it. Personally my experience has but nothing but fabulous. They paid my claim and whenever I text them they are super responsive. All in all, they are hands down the best pet insurance company out there. They also have an awesome Pet Cloud and mobile app.

Always a streamlined process.
I never have any issues dealing with Trupanion. From my premiums to submitting paperwork to receiving payment there is never any problems. Each and every time I contact this company my questions are answered completely and quickly. If only other companies were run as efficiently as Trupanion
