Embrace Insurance is the best!
My 8.5 year old Frenchie suddenly started having seizures out of the blue. All of his claims have been covered - from his initial treatments to his neurological consultations, his MRI and his consultation with an oncologist after he was diagnosed with glioma (brain cancer). Embrace has given me a peace of mind during this stressful period. Their coverage is fantastic and their claims process is easy (I have even had to submit some claims on my own vs. the clinic submitting on my behalf and had no issues). Once approved, payments are in my account the next day! I would highly recommend!

Great for elderly cats!
Very happy to find a company that would cover cats over 13, and at reasonable rates, too. And all staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. I was only unhappy with one claim adjustment, which I thought quibbled over some irrelevant words and thus reduced the amount awarded substantially. But claims were paid promptly, and I was very impressed with the expressions of sympathy I received when my cat died.

You rock I tell everyone about how good you are.
I recommend you all the time. You are fast not a lot of paperwork. I even told my vet about you and she had your info put in there offices even she found the forms very quick and simple to fill out. I am from Canada

very caring and helpful
My cat had four teeth pulled and I send the claim right in and they paid most of the bill and called to check how all three cat were. I was very impressed my own doctor doesn't call to check on me

Very Impressed
After a scary week of visits to the regular vet and the ER with two sick kitties, I was intensely relieved at the ease and speed with which my claim was filed and processed. Moki and Zephyr are feeling much better, and were able to get the care they needed without putting me in a financial black hole. I highly recommend Pet’s Best for all your furry family members.

Phenomenon care and service. Saved my dog twice.
I have two dogs on 90/10 plans for Trupanion. A Jack Russell Terrior mix and a standard Chihuahua. Trupanion has saved my Jack Russell mix dogs life twice due to my dogs sensitivity to vaccines. They were also very prompt and helped my Fiance' s Chihuahua when it developed an eye ulcer. Amazing care and kindness. Most of my claims have been high, this is the first one I was asking putting in a claim for a lab test. The claims representative completed it in one business day.

Everything is considered pre-existing so they don't have to ever pay.
Even when your Veterinarian tells them this claim is not related to any pre-existing condition, and you file an appeal because you know you're correct. They claim to know more than the Vet. (waste of money.) They don't pay for anything, read the policy fine print. Your better off to put the money in the bank. I didn't need them, I have never had insurance, and will never do it again.
