Took time to understand

Ear infections
not sure on ear infections so because she had a prior ear infection this one was not covered and I guess any others will not be also

Pre-approval
I feel that employees, not necessarily Ariana, because she gave me my answer, were dishonest with me. My vet is no longer allowed to grant pre approval, apparently recently; but when I called to ask or follow up on my pre approval I was told to just keep waiting. Also, I submitted this preapproval at least a week ago, if this privilege was revoked two days ago, like I was told by Ariana, shouldn't my preapproval still get a chance?

I'm a big fan of Trupanion. Previously gave you guys 10/10 and Recommended to everyone I know and work with! Just saw you raised my rates. I am now shopping with your competition. Too bad you guys Have been OUTSTANDING up till now!! My $60 a month was not enough? Had to make it 80+?
