I could not be happier with Trupanion and my decision to purchase pet insurance! My husband & I do not have children, our pets are our kids. Knowing we xan give them the best care without worryung about the expense is invaluable peace of mind.

I have always had excellent service from Trupanion. There was only one area of care we disagreed on....our late Oscar had a condition which he survived (other dogs didn't) but it affected his nails for life - they all fell off and grew back (extremely painful condition that is 100 letters long) but when they grew back some came in backwards and were very brittle and split easily so our groomer did not feel comfortable trimming them so I had to have the vet do it for 30.00 per time....I understand your nail trimming policy and totally agree its a grooming issues EXCEPT when something interferes with normal grooming practices such as this. I believe an exception should have been made. Anyways he passed away from cancer probably brought on from that condition as well but alas he is gone and part of my heart with him.

All Trupanion staff that I've talked to have been very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It has lightened my distress over my pet's condition.

I have been so impressed with the efficiency, the warmth and the care that all of your staff exhibit. One of our dogs requires expensive life long medication that exceeds his monthly premium and yet there has never been any issue with claims. I recommend Trupanion to any pet owner.
