The service was good and speedy
The service was good and speedy. They seem to really care for the animals they are taking care of. The only issue was that the prices are a bit steep. We rushed our cat over because he was unresponsive and we where worried about him. They did blood work and x-rays that they quoted me roughly $800. When I got a call back about the results being negative and keeping him over night for observation for a high fever the amount became between $2,200-$2900. I understand its a business and they need to make money, but that's a big leap. I appreciate the care and constant updates just wish they had affordable pricing.

Healthy Paws insurance for my pup was the best "investment" I have ever made.
Quite simply the "best investment" I have ever made. Our dog has needed four major surgeries. We are able to get him excellent care but it is not cheap. Healthy Paws ALWAYS lives up to their end of the bargain. Submitting claims on line is very simple even for a dinosaur like me and the claims are processed within a couple of days. The "no cap" aspect means that whatever our dog needs, provided the care is covered (and there are no secrets as to what is covered) the claims get paid. Because of Healthy Paws, we just worry about our pup getting better, not if we can afford getting him the medically necessary care he needs. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws highly enough.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Best decision I made!
My dog has just been diagnosed with epilepsy and has needed hospitalizations for seizures. I am very glad that I purchased Healthy Paws for her when she was a puppy. The web site is very easy to use and the people at Health Paws have been wonderful.

Peace of Mind!
My cairn terrier has been insured for 4 1/2 years with Embrace and I am very pleased with our experiences. Every claim has been handled timely and any reimbursement is direct deposited back into my account. I only wish my past dogs had been insured!!! I have only good things to say about their coverage and the people who work for the company.

I should have gotten pet insurance a long time ago. I have yet to use this, but I know I will be reimbursed for money spent. I elected to get the care coverage that also covers routine visits and vaccines. I do like that I could choose the coverage and reimbursement rate.

Spoke with Jason, he was extremely helpful. Being a first time dog owner I was nervous about where to start with getting my dog insured. I called Fetch by The Dodo and spoke with Jason and he was excellent. Lincoln is insured and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Fetch by The Dodo to all dog owners. I was recommended by friends of mine and they raved about how great they are.

I switched to Pumpkin earlier this month and had a vet's visit the day before. They reimbursed me on the same day AND checked whether I wanted to use the exam fee reimbursement for the tech exam or save it for the VET exam fee. Amazing service, prompt and easy reimbursement. A+++++
