Must have insurance because things really do happen at the worst moment
We read our policy very thoroughly once we received it, and felt sure we had good coverage for our dog, but didn't expect to need it within the first year. That's the nature of emergencies, isn't it? We submitted our claim and were so relieved when we had exactly the coverage we thought we had. No unpleasant surprises. Very prompt processing and reimbursement. Great communication too. Overall very satisfied with Healthy Paws and certainly would recommend.

I called this evening to ask questions about my policy. Chelsea was so very helpful and nice. I wish more people had such wonderful customer service skills. She helped me pick out a better policy and was able to answer all of my questions.

We have paid for 9 years 1 dog 7 years second dog totally over 15000.
We have paid for 9 years 1 dog, 7 years second dog totally over 15,000. In hindsight we won’t be getting anywhere near that in benefits. An account adding 50.00/ mo would have been more cost savings.

We got to talk to real people. Very short wait time. Very friendly and efficient workers. Cody provided lots of knowledge and was very helpful. Also, he did not try to oversell the service. It was nice not to feel any pressure to pick one level of coverage over another.
