Customer service is top notched! This is the second time I¡¦ve used Trupanion to help me with my dog¡¦s illness and the promptness in paying and getting back to me via email, text is quick!! In times of emergency knowing you have Trupanion in your corner to provide what could be life saving procedures for your pet is reassuring that I¡¦m able to provide financially when it comes to my dog¡¦s life. I never want to be that pet mom that has to put her baby down because of finances!! Thank you Again!!

I first submitted invoices via app. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks so I contacted customer service. The were very helpful and friendly. It appears the invoices never made it to my account. I re-submitted and received feedback about the invoices within 24 hours.

I got Trupanion to help with emergencies and in case my puppy develops a condition.
I got Trupanion to help with emergencies and in case my puppy develops a condition. We had an emergency, he was sick and had blood coming out of his rectum on a Saturday. We had to drive him 2.5 hrs away to the closest facility. Trupanion denied his entire claim again.
