I was going to cancel due to some financial issues,
I was going to cancel due to some financial issues, but after talking with the rep I decided to increase my deductible and continue my coverage for my dogs. I had an old claim that I forgot about and she encouraged me to file it. The online claim filing was great and I received my check a week later!

Looking for new company
I am searching for new pet insurance. Having a 220$ DEDUCTABLE for everything that happens to her is absurd. There should be an annual DEDUCTABLE which is what I thot it was. You will shortly be loosing my clientele.

Trupanion rocks!!!! No competition found that pays 90% for the price that Trupanion charges.....and the willingness for Trupanion to work directly with the Vet is awesome!!!
