Sadly my dog is one of the unfortunate of non approval with his surgery he underwent. For the reason, of his vets error on documents written. His vet had personally called as well as a letter written of correction but yet approval is being reviewed by the Appeal department for a good long 5 months now.

I will be cancelling my insurance extremely disappointed

Have had Trupanion for our Brittany Spaniel ever since we got her 5 years ago. Their service is excellent. Have used them for surgery and most recently for her renal failure. They is always someone to talk to. I believe everyone who owns a dog or cat that they love should not be without Trupanion.

Everything from your “pet-like” voices on the recording, to the cooperative attitude of service reps... and to the payment process is quite good.

I recommend Trupanion quite often - always friendly & helpful!

I like the service provided , but I am not in agreement with the price increase due to other customer usage of their insurance, when I have barely made any claims on my insurance I carry .

First, I want to say investing in pet insurance is undoubtedly one the most important decisions to make when owning a pet. I've been a Trupanion member since 2013 and couldn't be happier! They've always come through when needed most, allowing me to provide the best care possible w/o having to worry about making a decision based on extraordinary costs. Great, friendly customer service with an efficient process in place (even easier now that my vet is directly linked). Dog owners have asked if I work there because I get so passionate talking about the benefits lol. Trupanion is the best! Truly appreciate everything you've done for me. Thank you :)
