I have been very satisfied with Trupanion both the customer service and the payment of claims.
I have been very satisfied with Trupanion, both the customer service and the payment of claims. I was very happy we had no claims for 2017 and I hope to continue the trend for 2018! But if for some reason we have some I know that I can count on Trupanion. And I have recommended Trupanion to several of my pet owner family and friends. Thanks so much!

So far (3 1/2) years I have been pleased with Trupanion.
So far (3 1/2) years I have been pleased with Trupanion. The cost is probably reasonable but many of my friends who are also seniors could not pay the monthly premium. Even so, I tell them about it as it seems to be a quality product.

He was very helpful in explaining why or how the premium jumped up so high. What is concerning is we haven’t presented a claim that qualified for payment but our premium for Mavis when up approximately $11.
