I’m grateful for the insurance and lucky to have it. But, when putting in claims, it always takes forever to get. And that gets a bit frustrating.

The whole process was time consuming and I still don't have anything showing that I got your insurance for my girl, Molly. The money was deducted immediately, but like I said I'm still waiting for some type of confirmation, for the policy I purchased. Hope this isn't a scam.
