They triple your rates after you join.
I’m just waiting for the class action. I want to be the first to join. So by all means, buy their insurance if you want to get in on that class, too. Every year they’re going to raise your rates, by 20 to 40%. I started off insuring both of my dogs for under $100. Now it’s $160 for one dog; I had to drop the other due to cost. They say they won’t raise your rates, and when you inquire about each annual rise, they will say that veterinary costs have risen in your area. They are saying veterinary costs have tripled in a few years. Do you believe that? I don’t.
