I called to ask about claiming the cost of Rx food.
I called to ask about claiming the cost of Rx food. I was told that I could claim 40% of what I purchased during a 2 month time frame. Come on.... seriously?? A 2 month time frame? Why don't you just calculate out a reasonable $ amount and have that be it. What am I suppose to do with the answer I was given? Go out and buy as much food as I can within a 2 month time frame? Write better policies, or train your phone reps better. My rep was great. Very nice, so I don't fault her. I love your company. Just think you can do better on some things.

Great service but am disappointed to find out that prescription food is only covered 90% of the price of half of two bags.
Great service, but am disappointed to find out that prescription food is only covered 90% of the price of half of two bags. I feel if a disease is diagnosed, and the food is medically a part of the solution, it should be covered until the condition is corrected, or life-long if required.

Healthy Paws Saved My Fur Baby
Thanks to knowing Healthy Paws Crispy was able to have the surgery needed to save his life! He is doing very well and behaving like a happy puppy again. I can’t thank Healthy Paws enough! I have made sure all of my pets are covered they day they come home, it is that important.
