The best service and customer car
My boxer molly has had her share of medical issues, some of them extensive and costly. Fortunately Embrace has been there for us through it all. I would not have been able to provide the level of care for Molly that i have, with them!! Associates have been very helpful with claims, and resolved them quickly and professionally.

Peace of Mind
Having an older dog means more trips to the vet than when she was younger. Knowing my claims will be turned around in a timely manner gives me peace of mind. Also the communication from Embrace throughout the review process is great. I have told everyone I know including the doctors at my vet how great this company is.

Excellent service as usual
Once again Embrace proved they have the most excellent service. Quick processing time, easy to monitor the progress on line . I ve had them for over 7 year and they always been great throughout the whole process. Dealing with a sick pet is very hard and we want to do everything possible to make sure they get the best treatment. Having a good insurance makes a huge difference . I am so happy I've enrolled my kitties long time ago.Over the years Embraced has been wonderful and reimbursed the costs. Very nice and friendly customer service as well.

Initiallly, I was annoyed that the first time I needed to utilize the insurance, medical records were requested.
As stated, I was annoyed that the first time I needed to utilize the insurance they required Medical records even though they take my payments. My Vet office is so accommodating that they have it set up that for any visit they submit a copy of our invoice directly to Nationwide to prevent any delays in the processing of any future claims.

Great service
I have had great service with this company. Previously I was with Trupanion and the rates went up dramatically when i tried to add a dog to the existing policy. Nationwide turned out to better price as a single dog.

Embrace gave us time to say goodbye
When we found out that our German Shepherd, Archer, had lymphoma we had to make some quick decisions. Without treatment, he was given days or weeks to live. As a terminal illness, our best hope was to pursue chemotherapy treatment to give us more time with him. Through Embrace, we got another 8 months with our sweet boy. Treatment that would have cost us over $10,000 was accessible with the help of our pet insurance where we paid under $2500 for our portion.
Their customer service team truly cares and their online portal makes claims submissions a piece of cake.

Thank goodness for Trupanion pet insurance!
I made the mistake of not looking at my policy clearly and neglected to file claims for years...now that my dog is very sick and the bills are stacking up fast, I reviewed my policy and found that I could easily go back and submit claims for the last couple years of charges. This will definitely make a huge difference for me and will allow me to continue the critical care my dog needs.

We love ASPCA pet insurance!
The staff has been very helpful, it is very easy to submit claims and I love that they check in on your pet when they see that something has happened.
