Everyone I have spoken with are very friendly, helpful and professional. My waiting time on the phone is usually very brief and my issues have been resolved quickly. Also, Trupanion is available 24/7, which means I can call anytime and resolve an issue. I took a long time to get insurance for my dog, and I am very glad I chose Trupanion.

I am very satisfied with Trupanion. Unfortunately I have had to use my insurance on more then one occasion and the staff are always supportive and the claims are always paid in a very timely manner. Nationwide insurance' s Wellness Plus Plan, is top notch!! Low monthly fee, meet a deductible and then 90% of all bills paid!!! Love it!!!! For a miniature dog who has to go several times for shots because it cant be all done at once, this is the way to go. deductible met fast.

Pancho Villa, the Pomeranian Mix who joined me when he was a young pup, has not always been a strong healthy dog. I first got Embrace when my boy, Rambo, was a puppy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. When he was going through knee surgery, I called to ask if they would cover a very expensive anti-inflammatory drug that was extra due to the fact he had early stage kidney disease. The specialist I talked to looked at his file and said they would certainly cover it (which they did), even though it was not required for his surgery and I elected to have it added on to help reduce his pain for the first 48 horus. Sometimes I compare them to my own medical insurance, and if they had human policies I would switch to them immediately. If I ever get another dog, one of the first things I will do is set up my pet insurance through embrace. Thank you, Embrace!
