Suggestions
The deductible per illness, body part very confusing... great plan for trauma, extreme situations, marketing a bit misleading—for what claim support applies, for an average health dog. But tremendous comfort when tragic elements hit. My dog might die this weekend, but she might have a chance thanks to insurance...24 hour claim priority support was fantastic!! So compassionate, fast, and very skilled with interfacing with hospital personnel. Very impressed!

Very Good
Michael was able to determine very quickly that the email I'd received from Trupanion, saying that my attachments in my emailed claims were not accessible unless sent in a different format, was indeed incorrect. Much appreciated, as I'd sent them exactly as I'd sent many claims previously. Thank you, Michael.

Professionalism service
Called in regards to concerns about placing a claim online and Alice walked me through the process and what I needed to do. Also asked her another question which I should of checked on long ago and again gave me all the information and what I needed to do now and in the future. Love Trupanion!! ALWAYS exceeds expectations on customer service with the friendliest and most knowledgeable customer service team and very quick response and payment of claims. Professionalism service
Kimmy took the much needed time to explain a VERY confusing invoice. She emailed me the breakdown of the invoice with explanation after consulting with the adjuster to make sure everything was accurate!

Deductible
Do not like how your deductible works per illness. There are way better plans out there that offer better deductibles. That’s why I am leaving Trupanion and going to another company.
