Fetch will do anything to get out of paying you
Fetch is the kind of insurance policy that will promise you the world, but as soon as your pet is actually sick they will do everything they possibly can to avoid payment. They will come up with obscure clauses, ask for vague documentation, argue on pre-existing condition years after the fact, and more. I regret so much signing with them as I'm unable to easily switch a provider. I can only write this and recommend you stay as far away as possible if you care about your pet. Find an insurance that doesn't look at them as a bag of pennies.

Soooo worth it to have this insurance
Emma is such a sweet puppy and when she started to vomit and refused to eat or get out of her crate, I knew something was wrong. We called our regular vet and even in this time of packed schedules they said they could see her ..but... if there was an obstruction they would need to send me to emergency. So we went to emergency, an obstruction was visualized . Long story short, she needed surgery and they found an eye from a toy in her intestine along with shreds of cotton. So people watch those stuffed toys. She is now back to being Emma. Thank you Trupanion for helping to make this emergency visit a little easier on our pocket book.

I spoke with 2 different representatives when inquiring about coverage for my dog’s condition, they were both equally as helpful and compassionate about what my dog and I were going thru.
