Your IT issues have became unbearable to me as the consumer The app used to be great now it doesn’t work. I have to send my claims now like the 1990s. I am very disappointed that you allowed your IT to fail and makes me question the company.

My dog is currently dealing with kidney issues and other complications, if it wasn't for Trpanion he would not be with me today. They allow me not to worry about finances and concentrate on getting my boy well. I cannot stress enough on how important pet insurance is.
