Will scam you.
They claim they are the best provider but god they have made so many mistakes it’s not even funny. They twist words and provide you the wrong information on your plan, payment, and other details. Had to go through BBB with my proof to get them to fix it. I paid thousands in monthly fees yet they never paid a Penny of my dogs vet bills. Once they fixed my plan and their original mistakes they refused to back date unless I paid over a thousand dollars extra and made us go through waiting periods again months and months after we’ve had the plan. Mistakes made left right and center it was disgusting- my vets go to make an appeal as they were not fixing the issues they created and trupanion advised them not to. Faking pre existing conditions for one of my dogs months after we got trupanion bevause they didn’t want to pay out, telling my vet not to appeal and leave it. Refusing the proof of all our vet records proving they do not have these pre existing conditions. My vet office is working hard and has been for weeks to fix it for me with paperwork as they have never had such a pathetic issue with trupanion. We say these visits are for the same issue as last time and they make us pay a new deductible for each visit so they don’t pay out or cover ANYTHING. YET Still advised my vet not to appeal. Seems like a scam and their customer service is a joke always using pre recorded useless messages. Wouldn’t recommend starting a new plan with them at all if you can similar or same pricing somewhere else. Be aware of these issues and do not let them scam you.

My puppy got diarrhea and ear infection a month ago. It’s my first time having a puppy and the cost really shocked me coz it was a thousand. Luckily I purchased my insurance last December and I got reimbursed with the 80% after my deductible in less than an hour. I was kinda skeptical about pet insurances but I learned that it’s really a necessity if you have a pet dog. Infairness to Furkin, the premium is the most reasonable premium that I found and their coverage is great. I really recommend it.

We recently signed up to have two of our pups insured with Pets Best and I have to say it was a great decision. A newly adopted pup had some digestive problems plus we needed a wellness check and the ease with which we were able to submit our claims was great. We have already been reimbursed directly into our bank account for the first vet visit.

Best decision I ever made.
I became the owner of my sister's tea cup Chihuahua. After a year I realized that she wasn't wanting him back. I decided to get insurance on him after reading about all the health problems they have. A week after i purchased it the dog fell off the couch and hurt his leg. I decided to get him fixed and all his shots and a full check up. I found out the dog had a genetic condition that one of his testicles didn't drop and would have to be removed surgically. When it was all done my bill was 500$. The vet I used was old school and gave me a carbon copy hand scribbled bill. I sent the bill in thinking no way it would be accepted but had no problem getting reimbursed for it. Easiest thing I ever done. Love this insurance.

It was very easy to get my dog set up on Many Pets. I hope I do not have to use the insurance for anything serious. However, it is nice to know that he is covered should anything unexpected happen.

So far I am happy
So far I am happy, but I haven’t needed to use it just yet. So more to come. I get reminders what seems like every couple days… which seems to just get deleted. Bc it only reminders as to how to make or submit a claim that I don’t need yet. The App seems very user friendly. So it seems like a slight waste to email. But overall I’m happy so far. I’ll review again when I use the service for the first time
