We have had PetsBest for our kitty, Princess Fiona, for over ten years now and during this time we have had many, many claims and some were extremely expensive. I think PB has probably lost money on us over the years, yet they they have never dropped us or argued about covering a claim that was due to us. In addition every time I have called and spoken with their service representatives I end the call feeling that the rep I spoke to was more concerned about my satisfaction with them than their bottom line. I know this all sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. In my opinion, Pets Best is truly the BEST pet insurance on the market today.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is Super Reliable, You submit your claim , You can follow your claim through the payment reimbursement process and you receive your check in a timely matter. Wish my personal insurance was so simple

We have two boxer pups and to date Nationwide has been very helpful and professional in dealing with our claims. The payments have been received in a very timely manner.

They were the best rates the first year. I liked that their coverage was based on the actual bill, not an amount they felt it should be. The second year they jacked up my premiums but they were still affordable. Then they jacked them up the next year. This year they were just too much and I had to cancel. I guess they don't want loyal customers.

I bought pet insurance when my dog was still a puppy and figured I wouldn’t need it until she was an old dog. I never expected my three and a half year old dog to need more than regular vet visits - but she tore her cruciate ligament while walking, just walking.
